Really great experience with this phone repair shop based in Selly Oak. I had an issue with my phone and he was to repair it while I waited. Highly recommended

Genuinely the only phone repair shop I can fully trust. I have used them many times, and the service has always been excellent. They are honest about the repairs and services they provide, and their prices are fair. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy repair shop these days, but this is one you can 100% rely on. Highly recommended!
I have anxiety and I asked Zaki a million questions over text and he answered with patience. My family ended up taking my device elsewhere (without my permission), and I forwarded the photos taken to Zaki and he told me with honesty that it looked fine. He could’ve easily taken advantage of my mental health and charged me but he is honest and patient and I’m very grateful.

Went in to have the lid angle sensor replaced, common part to fail, a pain to replace but still standard. They offered to do it for £60, “we do these all the time”. Handed it in, and they kept it for 6 hours or so, and when i dropped by to get it they said they had no idea what was wrong with it.
Went to another shop (WeFixMacs in Digbeth, absolutely excellent, go there instead), and they fixed it for £90, and did a great job. They figured out the reason this shop “didn’t know what was wrong”. The evidence suggests they didn’t have the right screwdrivers, and just went at it with a pair of pliers as the screws were totally wrecked.
So in short, damaged my laptop, wasted my time, and then lied to me about it. They did know what was wrong, it was a totally standard repair, that they just couldn’t be bothered to do, and if they’d just said they didn’t have the tools, and didn’t do what they did, I’d have totally accepted that.
