  I genuinely can't thank the team enough for the amazing service we received. Honest and fast service. Had a damaged screen on my Samsung galaxy phone within 20 minutes walked out with a new genuine smasung galaxy screen replacement. Highly recommended!

  Tried WhatsApp and email to find out about a battery replacement, but they ignored both, gave plenty of time to respond still nothing, pathetic/appalling customer service! Update: Their response my my review claims they didn't see either, but I had two ticks on WhatsApp confirming delivery and confirmation of email delivery, lightning quick response to a bad review but waited over a week for them to respond on WhatsApp and several days for a email.... Nothing 🤷🏻‍♂️ So obviously it can't be true they didn't see it, won't be using them at all now.

  Got my phone screen repaired and the service and repair was completely adequate. However, the parts they use are incredibly fragile. Phone being dropped from two inches onto the table cause the entire screen to shatter immediately. Do not recommend

  Great service from T&G Phone Repairs in Selly Oak! Other shops quoted me £260, saying the whole board needed replacing. These guys checked the phone and found that the charging port needed repairing and the battery had swollen. They sorted everything for just £100, using new genuine parts, and had it done in only 25 minutes. They even replaced the camera lens free of charge! Honest advice, fair prices and fast, professional service. Thanks, guys—highly recommend! 👍
