  Unprofessional experience altogether I sent all my details (passport, ID's e.t.c) and viewed the property to finalise my contract so I could move in However, 3 weeks went by with no response I messaged and got ignored for 2 days, so I emailed I got told my room was given to a group, and that was it! I am doing my A-Levels and will be travelling soon after, so I have 0 time to go view any other properties They didn't even tell me until I chased them up! I wouldn't waste your time going through this agency

  I would highly recommend this accommodation. Not only for the good location but for the great facilities and lovely landlord 😊 I lived there for 3 years during my university studies and I truly enjoyed my stay there

  Lovely experience offered by the whole Stoneyard staff, especially Jeet. One of the few landlords in Selly Oak that care about their tenants.

  The properties are designed well, cleaned biweekly and are always close to major supermarkets. I stayed in the Umberslade property and had a great time during my masters. The landlord is very good and is always responsive within a day. I would strongly reccomend renting with them.

  I had a fantastic stay at this property! It was well-furnished, spotless, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly friendly and responsive, resolving any issues promptly. Thank you for a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend this place!
