An excellent experience all round! Price and flexibility were far better than the main corporate rivals. Ford LWB Van offered was modern and in excellent condition. Basi the representative made sure everything was in order on the day of collection and walked us round the vehicle to make sure we were happy before we departed. Shall definitely be using these guys again when a van is required...a really honest and professional company 😊👍 Cheers, Tom

Hired a sprinter van for 24hrs, very reasonable rates, but most of all Basi and Matin were so helpful on what would be the best vehicle to hire. Brilliant customer service.

I used their form on their website for a quote to rent a Luton for a day, the same day I got a phone call from Basi, I didn't answer but he sent me a lovely text. He wasn't even working that day but still took the effort to text me. I needed to pick up the truck a bit before they opened, he made sure he arrived early for me on collection day. I then also got an email response the following day from Basi to my initial website query. Collection day was smooth, did all checks and Brian walked me over the main points regarding the truck. Both Basi and Brian were fabulous guys to deal with, can't fault them at all. No hesitation in recommending them for van rentals.

Brilliant experience with PFB Car Hire. I hired a long-wheel-base van from Bassi and couldn’t fault the service. The van was quality, clean and well looked after, and the whole process was quick and efficient. It was also really convenient that they were open on the bank holiday, which made things much easier for me. I ended up returning the van a day early and they were kind enough to refund me for the unused day, which I really appreciated. I’m also a younger driver, so it was great to find a company that was happy to hire to me without any hassle. I’d definitely recommend PFB Car Hire to anyone in Birmingham looking for a van, especially younger drivers. Great service from Bassi and the team — I’ll definitely use them again!
