  Have used Mantilla & Stonerwood on several occasions for my conveyancing requirement's and have found them both quick & responsive . Which is what's needed in a property market where some conveyancers drag their heels . Ateeya and her team deliver every time which is why I don't chose to go anywhere else Would definitely recommend to others if considering Keep up the good work .

  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. We were initially given cost estimates that were far lower than the amounts later demanded, and had we been properly advised from the outset about the likely level of costs, we would never have proceeded in the same way. The lack of transparency regarding fees created significant financial pressure and unnecessary stress for both myself and my family. Communication throughout the matter was poor, delays were frequent, and a substantial amount of time was spent repeatedly chasing updates and seeking clarification. Rather than reducing stress during an already difficult situation, the handling of the case became a major source of anxiety and frustration. What was most concerning was the overall lack of client care and the feeling that our concerns were not properly listened to or addressed. After paying thousands of pounds in legal fees, we were left feeling unsupported, misled regarding costs, and deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure they receive complete clarity regarding costs, communication expectations, and the scope of work before instructing this firm.
