  Extremely disappointed with this firm. The biggest issue for me was the complete lack of communication. Getting hold of the person actually dealing with the matter was unnecessarily difficult. Messages were supposedly passed on, callbacks were promised, yet we were repeatedly left waiting and having to chase again. It became incredibly frustrating. What really added to the frustration was the cost. The figures we were initially given were substantially lower than what we were later faced with. Had we been given a realistic idea of the costs from the beginning, we could have made a properly informed decision about whether to proceed. For a company providing professional legal services, I expected much better organisation and basic client care. Instead, the whole experience created unnecessary stress and left us feeling completely unsupported. The amount of money paid makes the standard of service even more disappointing. When you are paying thousands of pounds, you should not have to constantly chase for updates, explanations or responses. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with the way this matter was handled. I would not use this firm again and would seriously think twice before recommending them to anyone else.

  Extremely disappointing experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this firm was far from the professional standard I expected from a solicitor. Communication was a significant issue throughout. It was often difficult to speak directly with the person handling the matter, messages were not consistently followed up, and promised callbacks frequently did not materialise. I found myself having to repeatedly chase for information that should reasonably have been provided without prompting. I was also extremely dissatisfied with the lack of clarity surrounding costs. The figures initially discussed were considerably different from the amounts subsequently requested. Had the potential costs been explained properly at the outset, I would have been in a much better position to make an informed decision about proceeding. Overall, the service left me feeling unsupported and extremely frustrated. Considering the level of fees involved, I expected a much higher standard of communication, transparency, organisation and client care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm and would strongly advise prospective clients to obtain clear written confirmation of all fees, services and communication arrangements before instructing them.

  We had an excellent experience with Mantilla and Stonerwood solicitors who handled the purchase of our house. They were professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and dealt with any queries promptly. Their expertise and attention to detail made the process much smoother and gave us great peace of mind. We really appreciated their friendly and professional approach and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable solicitors for a house purchase.   I required the conveyance service as part of my house sale & was lucky enough to use this superb company, Mantilla & Stonerwood Solicitors. My solicitor was named Ranbir & I can’t thank him enough. From our first meeting where he stated the process, regular updates to final completion, he was always there for my family. It was a complex process as I had to involve my siblings but due to the professional of Ranbir & his staff, the sale was completed easily with no fuss. I also had the pleasure of meeting some of the other solicitors working at this company &t hey we’re all equally nice. It is a shame as I do not sell houses regularly but of if I did, I would definitely use Ranbir again. A FANTASTIC person & solicitor!
