  It's always been really cool and simple dealing with you guys. I recently had a problem with an appliance, nearly 2 years old. I phoned you and you sorted the whole thing out within 20 minutes. No fuss, just customer service at it's best. And you often have the cheapest prices. It's a no brainer for me. Next time I need an appliance for myself or a customer, I will skip all the mind numbing research and just call you. Thank you Nick
