We recently completed a full house renovation and used Luxury Carpet & Flooring for all of our flooring needs, including carpets throughout the house, the stairs, and flooring on the entire ground floor. I can honestly say the service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the door. Val was absolutely brilliant. He made us feel welcome from day one and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. His advice, knowledge, and guidance throughout the process were invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always flexible and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed to make changes. The fitters were equally impressive. They were punctual, professional, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. The quality of the installation is outstanding, and the finished result has completely transformed our home. What also stood out was the pricing. The quotes were very fair and competitive compared to other flooring companies we looked at, without compromising on quality or service. I genuinely cannot recommend Luxury Carpet & Flooring highly enough. The customer service, workmanship, and overall experience were first class from start to finish. We will definitely be returning for any future flooring needs and would encourage anyone looking for carpets or flooring to visit this shop before making a decision elsewhere. A huge thank you to Val and the whole team for such a fantastic experience! 👏👏👏

Excellent, we got carpet, laminate and LVT supplied and fitted and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. We did a full renovation of the property and decided to give these guys a chance following a referral from a family friend. It's the best decision we made, from start to finish, we coult not fault anything. Valmyr (the owner) looked after us and gave us a great price. We visited their showroom which had loads of variety of all different flooring types. We decided to get LVT for downstairs hallway, living room and kitchen. Then carpet for some bedrooms and laminate for others (as our daughter suffers from dust allergies). Communication was first class being regularly informed on when fitters were due out. Due to the complexity of our renovation, we asked Valmyr if we could stagger the fittings and he was very accommodating. All fitters arrived on the scheduled dates as planned, promptly and even called ahead. They did a quick and efficient job, clearing up behind themselves, and even one of the fitters went above and beyond to fix some damage caused by our builder. Overall extremely pleased with the flooring quality and the skilled fitters. Will definitely be recommending to our family. Thanks again for everything Valmyr 👍🏽
