  Had a excellent experience with the team here. I had new LVT flooring installed to replace carpets and it looks/feels great. The guys were very accommodating and helpful in getting at the details sorted and arranged. Even helping me choose the right door bars and beading. Arranged delivery and install within a week at a time convenient for me. The installation was done very cleanly and I'm very happy with the finish - no dodgy creaking or anything. They were also very fair and transparent with the pricing and didn't rip me off with unnecessary floor boarding where it wasn't needed - no hidden costs. Even helped me out with some later (unrelated) finishing touches. Nice guys, very helpful. Would recommend.

  Luxury carpet and flooring has a large selection of flooring, really easy to see in the show room. Valmir was extremely patient and helpful with us as we visited multiple times looking at many options. The fitters that were sent were fantastic, leaving the site clean and tidy and working long hours to get the job done. Thanks for all the help and hard work. We will be back when the next room is ready for its carpet.

  ​I cannot thank the team at Luxury Carpet & Flooring enough. I had a small landing that I tried to fit myself, but I completely messed it up. I went into the shop to see if they could help, and they booked me in for the very next day! ​They came out, sorted the whole thing out properly, and did a brilliant job. I am really happy with both the final look of the floor and the incredible service they provided.

  We got our carpets from Luxury carpets and Flooring - we were recommended the shop by 2 different families and it didn't disappoint. Valmir was knowledgeable, understood our needs and was prompt with all responses. We didn't have a long wait and his fitters did a superb job! Would 100% recommend!
