  In February I attended a workshop with Lookback training on management and understanding self. Jack, who delivered the program, was very professional and understanding to me, I enjoyed the tasks and conversations and I believe it helped me to change my perception on how managers should work

  I attended a Handling Difficult Conversations workshop in January of this year ...did not expect such a positive and lovely debate on this subject. Jack has natural ability to make the room listen and to pack so much information into the session. I learnt so much more than in previous programmes as the content and discussions related to me in my workspace. I received a further two 1:1 coaching sessions after the workshop which I would highly recommend. Many thanks Jack I got a great deal more from this than at anytime before.
