  I called Washcraft as I had a problem with my freezer. I was given free advice over the phone, which worked and saved me a lot of money. Very good service!

  I had a very disappointing experience with HGS Plumbing & Heating. The communication was poor from the start — I had to chase multiple times just to get a response. When the engineer finally arrived, the job felt rushed and not done to a proper standard. On top of that, the pricing was unclear and ended up being higher than expected, which was frustrating. I also felt there was a lack of professionalism compared to what I was expecting. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience. There are definitely more reliable and transparent plumbing services out there.

  HGS Plumbing & Heating were fantastic from start to finish! We had five radiators fitted and relocated, and we’re absolutely delighted with the results. Communication was prompt throughout, they took the time to clearly explain all available options, stuck to the agreed plan, and delivered work to an exceptionally high standard. Thank you so much!

  Harry did an excellent job with fast response fixing our burst pipe in the bathroom at 11pm emergency callout. Particularly good at giving advice and checking other pipes and advising neighbours downstairs who were effectd. Rates comparable, upfront and easy set out. Will recommend to other flats.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, quickly identified the issue and explained the solution clearly. The work was completed efficiently to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. Fair pricing with no surprises. Highly recommended.
