  I have only used CeX twice the first visit was fine staff were professional and informative and the service was fast however, I went on Sunday to collect my phone back and I was in the shop at 4:26pm waiting to be served. The staff member that was on shift that day was very rude and really needs some customer service training. He could not find the phone downstairs and did not want to go upstairs to get it because the shop was due to close and says well I'm not going up now you will have to come back. He then proceeds to say he was closing the doors. He then starts complaining to his colleague about how he doesn't get paid for this. I refused to leave without my phone. He went up to get it and was back down in literally 2 minutes and I was out of the shop by 4:32pm. No explanation nothing just handed the phone and that was it. His customer service was appaling. I did not manage to get his name but he was a tall male with long blondish hair.

  Zero stars if I could. This store has cost me hours of my own time due to their complete lack of quality control.First, they sold me a 2012 MacBook for £145 that arrived completely locked with a previous user's password. I had to spend hours wiping and updating it myself just to make it usable.Second, I paid them to fix stick drift on my white PS5 controller. It was sent to their official Tech Centre and returned to me signed off as "repaired." Today, I took it to Cash Converters, and it instantly failed their testing due to noticeable stick drift. CeX literally did nothing to fix it but claimed they did.Unreliable stock, fake repairs, and total disrespect for the customer's time. Go elsewhere.

  Staff were quick to help and helped me find the games I was looking for Fifa 15 and FIFA 16. The 2 lads around 9am were friendly. Good customer service

  I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Bought a £12, TWELVE POUND charging block from them 2 weeks ago and it has broken in my hands. Genuinely shocking. Don’t buy from here.
