- RRRayAug 29, 20262.0Long waiting time and they didn't have certain games in stock even though their website said it was in stock.
- SKSadia KhanAug 10, 20263.0I have only used CeX twice the first visit was fine staff were professional and informative and the service was fast however, I went on Sunday to collect my phone back and I was in the shop at 4:26pm waiting to be served. The staff member that was on shift that day was very rude and really needs some customer service training. He could not find the phone downstairs and did not want to go upstairs to get it because the shop was due to close and says well I'm not going up now you will have to come back. He then proceeds to say he was closing the doors. He then starts complaining to his colleague about how he doesn't get paid for this. I refused to leave without my phone. He went up to get it and was back down in literally 2 minutes and I was out of the shop by 4:32pm. No explanation nothing just handed the phone and that was it. His customer service was appaling. I did not manage to get his name but he was a tall male with long blondish hair.
