  I wish i could give zero stars. This cex staff member thats in the photo provided is the most rudest, impatient person ever and does things very slow which i may believe he has autism just because the way he communicates to me and speaks. I was selling an ipad 10th generation and a nintendo switch to cex and this man proceeds to tell me we don’t take them as they are old? Mind you i have brought this ipad in 2022 so its not even old and then i said ok but behind you on the display theres a lot of old ipads there, he then proceeds to say ‘don’t answer back and go’ honestly so rude especially to a vulnerable woman like me who has complex PTSD. I then gave the test receipt for the nintendo switch and thry came back as failed as apparently theres a tiny crack on the plastic sides but he has forgot my charger then i gave it with and i left the store and realised then came back i proceeded to tell the cex staff (the rude man) about it and he aggressively said to me in front of everyone ‘GO BACK IN THE QUEUE’ I was so embarrassed but i went to another cex staff which they were nice and gave my switch charger back. Also do cex not allow to give their name? According to google they have to. This rude man i asked him what his name was and he said we not allowed to provide that information and why you need it. But luckily i got his face so all cex customers are aware of what he looks like and to avoid him. Worse experience ever

  The staff members are the most incompetent set of employees yet. They quite literally have no knowledge and actively consistently give out false information. Not all of the staff is bad, a few are pleasant. It’s just most of them can’t give any actual help whatsoever. Don’t go here if you’re looking for questions to be answered you will most likely leave here more confused and misguided!
