  I cant remember her/(their) name but she really helped me out and was super friendly and just super helpful! Bought a pair of headphones and a copy of conkers bad fur day! Went the extra mile to make sure my game will safetly get home! I did the prize draw thing too but wanted to make sure they saw what a good job theyve done! What a lovely experience!!!

  Perfect place for buying physical media. Yesterday I went to the store about a 3rd‑party Wi‑Fi card on Windows 11 that kept randomly disconnecting. They tested it and found an additional fault — the Bluetooth wire was loose. When I got home, I tried the card on Linux without Bluetooth, even though the part can be replaced, the Wi‑Fi works flawlessly. Overall, the customer service was fantastic.

  Mislabled stock led to a 20ish minute wait, staff distrust of customers I assume made that time up as the employee kept getting members of the team to look at the CPU. My partner just wanted the one they bought but got given the wrong one (sticker mislabled). Didn't help that they could've communicated more rather than "we are sorting it". The labels price was also wrong as it was 22 on the website and not 25. Ik mistakes happen but we don't want to feel like we are being interrogated for their mistakes. There was so little communication, I am extremely dissapointed especially since we sold them a DSI but wasn't told it was discounted only on the receipt with no reason listed.

  Hello i have been accused of leaving a feedback with a member of staff. i am very confused on this. I did not leave a review and i never ever do them.You have suspended my account claiming I uploaded a Google Review. Google reviews are tied to private Gmail accounts and do not contain CeX membership data. Please provide the explicit, factual evidence that links my personal CeX account to the Google account in question. If you cannot provide this proof, you are penalizing an innocent customer based on guesswork, and I expect my account to be reinstated immediately. This is a complete case of mistaken identity. I have just checked the Google review on your store on google that posted this review and it has a name that is completely different from mine, and it does not belong to me, anyone in my household, or anyone I know. I have never posted a Google review regarding CeX. Your store/system has penalized an innocent customer based on entirely incorrect guesswork. you have no factual evidence connecting my identity to that review because it isn't me. Ive only been using cex for 7 months. In fact i believe my account got suspended as you guys guessed that i did it all because a few days ago i was selling my ipad air 3 2019 but it failed as the screen is faulty and looking at the review the person was selling an ipad 2022 and mentioned she is a ‘vulnerable women’. I am a male so this is another reason that this does not link to me. I am shocked about this. I never heard of this And the photo of the man, i recongize him as i go to cex store a lot and he is good he has helped me complete sales of my iphone and airpods so i just don’t understand and completely confused on to how has this linked to me. Please escalate this to a senior manager immediately to review the discrepancy in the names and reinstate my account. Thank you Abdul
