  It's unfortunate that I feel the need to have to write this, but I've been given no choice. I visited this store a week ago to purchase an xbox 360 wired guitar, as a birthday present for my younger sister. Listed on the website as in stock, at £35, with no option for click and collect or delivery. Fair enough, so after commuting for nearly two hours, I visit the shop and am informed that the guitar I am after has been logged as incorrect stock and is actually priced at £68. Despite being an error on the store's end, the staff were dismissive of this and insisted that there was no room for the price to be corrected. I even offered to pay £50, to mitigate the store's losses. Nope. No manager around to discuss this with, and now facing paying much more, I asked what other options were available as I didn't want to leave empty handed after such a long trip. The only other option in stock was a wireless guitar at £65. This wasn't really any cheaper but I took it, thinking the wireless feature would make it more useable. So imagine my disdain upon testing the guitar once home, to find most of the buttons do not respond consistently. Warranty or not, it cannot have been tested before sale, otherwise this would have been very obvious and therefore rectified before purchase. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement... I may not be returning to this store, but mark my words: in their own error, you will be the person punished. Poor business etiquette, the only redeeming quality being that Logan behind the counter did his best to be polite and point me in the direction of customer services (and for the record, they were insultingly dismissive too). Please, please be wary buying from this store, as it may end up putting you out of pocket without being your fault.

  Useless. Delivered wrong product. Then enquiry system wasted my time for two weeks with another failed delivery now I have to return wrong products and have nothing to show for it. Avoid!

  For clarity this is for the Northfield branch, first off I went in there to trade an old phone in, next to us was a man who was very aggressive and verbally violent, Louise the manager was very professional throughout, dealt with the aggressive and scary situation (made both of my kids cry with his shouting and threats) with absolute proffessionalism ! Louise I’m sorry that that guy put you in that situation as no one deserves it, but well done for keeping your composure throughout ! Your staff must be so proud of you !

  I needed to return an item, and it was quickly expedited with very courteous online replies. Very impressed. Will shop with them again.
