I cannot praise this company enough - from first point of enquiry - to delivering the services required they have been nothing but faultless. So much so what started off as a straight forward office cleaning quote request has turned into carrying out ground works, office refurbishment and general maintenance. Every single member of the team has been an absolute delight to work with!

I have worked with Brass Facilities since the start of 2026, namely on an estate in Bromsgrove which required a big clean up of communal grounds including shrub beds and turfed areas. Brass have provided exceptional service and quickly enhanced the grounds providing photographs of each visit. I can highly recommend this company to undertake grounds maintenance and other services they provide.

From the get go; we have been impressed with Brass’s service, and attention to detail. We have now implemented their services on a large estate in Stoke-on-Trent with 18 blocks of apartments. Thank you to Richard for the support!

Excellent service!!. The team was prompt, polite and did a brilliant job. Our grounds look neat and tidy and they left everything spotless. Reliable, great value and I would highly recommend them.
