Amazing service. The ignition lock on my 2016 transit died completely with it on the road outside my clients. I was unable to start the engine or even turn the steering wheel!I was very lucky to catch Alun on his way back to base from a client the other side of Brum and he managed to get to me within 40 minutes, I was expecting to have to wait for hours. He tried all the subtle tricks first to try and get the old barrel out whole, but in the end had to drill out the drill proof lock. Once out, he then made a new, perfect match for the old one so that the key was the same as the doors and he made a new key to replace my old worn one. New key and new ignition lock fantastic! Once he had sorted this he was then kind enough to drive back to my yard (only 10 minutes away) and make me a new key for my Boxer van, which also works perfectly. Aluns attention to detail is amazing and the total price was way less than I was expecting. I really recommend him to you. Thank you Alun.

The MOST convenient way to get a new key. This is such a great service, Alun comes to you when it suits you. It couldn't be any easier. He's totally reliable and a pleasure to deal with, and to top it all, it cost me way less than any of the alternatives I found. I would highly recommend.
