  Had the pleasure of being assisted through a very awkward ordeal by the lovely Alice on Saturday. She went above and beyond to rectify the issue of an out of region 15 pro max. Apple have a real asset with her in store. She’s gonna go far!

  Came in today to get my partner’s new phone and was served by the loveliest assistant, Halima. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, she took the time to get to know us both and made the whole experience 10 times easier and more enjoyable. This girl deserves a pay rise - Thank you so much!

  Massive thank you to Arjun who provided excellent costumer service today. A complicated situation made it difficult to process the purchase but Arjun helped at every step of the way and did everything possible to resolve issues, making the experience that bit easier.

  Priceless service- saved my memories! I popped in 5:45 pm Monday to see if they could help me with my cracked screen. After also explaining the issues I was having with lack of storage and inability to update, I ended up locating sentimental photographs and videos of my parents who have passed away and now have 2 T back up optimised. Priceless memories and service- thank!

  If I could give 0 stars I would, I took my mother in law into the store to buy iPad Air to replace her old one, she traded it in and requested that they transfer everything to the new one the whole process took about forty minutes and we were told it’s good to go,I dropped her home and she rang me to say they hadn’t transferred anything, by now they had wiped her old one , I couldn’t believe it, never again will I go near an Apple Store, This lady was 96 years old my wife has had to take her to the store again today, she basically paid for a cardboard box
