I went and bought a new iphone today and zoe was so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience so smooth and easy. She was helpful with transferring the data from my old phone and trading it in etc. Had such a nice chat with her and genuinely she is the only reason i’m writing this. 10/10 for zoe 100% should get a pay rise xx

It was busy on a thursday but I didn't have to wait too long past my appointment time, about 20 minutes. I had a very unique issue where I deleted my focus app called OPAL and the limits were still present on my phone. I couldn't use anything, I force restarted it a few times and so did the specialists. We reset all my seetings, still 3 specialists could not figure out the issue, I guess it is unique... after 5 minutes on AI, this trick worked. Hope it helps anyone that might have the same issue! I refused a factory reset because it would just make my day too hard, glad i persisted!
If it says "Allow" but the App Store icon is still completely missing or blocked, Apple's Screen Time system is suffering a serious sync glitch. It is stuck processing a command from the Opal app that no longer exists.
To break through this freeze and force the App Store to show up, apply these exact overrides in this order:1. Cycle the Toggle (Force Refresh)Sometimes the toggle looks active but is frozen in the background.Go back to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Store Purchases & Re-downloads.Tap Installing Apps and physically switch it to Don't Allow.Exit Settings entirely to your home screen.Re-open Settings, go back to that exact same screen, and switch it back to Allow.2. Search for the Hidden IconOpal may have un-linked the app icon from your home screen rather than strictly blocking it.Go to your home screen and swipe down from the middle of the screen to open Spotlight Search.Search for App Store. If it appears in the search results, tap and hold the icon, then select Add to Home Screen.3. Check for Age RestrictionsOpal occasionally toggles age limits inside iOS, which automatically hides the App Store entirely because it contains adult apps.Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.Tap App Store, Media, Web & Games (or Content Restrictions depending on your iOS version).Tap Apps and ensure it is set to Allow All (if it is restricted to an age like "12+", the App Store vanishes).4. The "Nuclear" Screen Time ResetIf the App Store is still missing, you must completely tear down the local restriction profile:Go to Settings > Screen Time.Scroll to the absolute bottom and tap Turn Off App & Website Activity (or Turn Off Screen Time).Restart your iPhone immediately. When your phone boots back up, your Screen Time system will completely clear its memory cache, wiping Opal's lingering ghost limits out entirely and forcing the App Store to return.Did flipping the Installing Apps toggle to "Don't Allow" and back to "Allow" make the App Store reappear, or did you have to turn off Screen Time completely? Let me know if you are stuck behind a passcode window.

Nice store, but poorly managed. Appointment times routinely not honoured because there are never enough technicians available. My most recent visit was a 30 mins wait to be told a technician will be with me shortly. I then was made to wait another 15 mins before seeing a technician. 45 mins waiting.
He was great when I finally saw him but the wait was very inconvenient, and due to time constraints I couldn’t get my issue fully resolved and had to return.
Hire more mac technicians and this issue goes away.

We had experienced an issue with our iPhones & iPad so travelled to the Apple Store in Birmingham for help. We probably should have booked an appointment but after a 20 minute wait we spent time with Arpit who was extremely helpful & managed to resolve our issue quickly & painlessly. Arpit was excellent 👍Thank you.
