  I recently booed a boiler service for my elderly mother this company were amazing and booked her in within a few days when we had the news we required a boiler replacement they really took care of her and arranged for the boiler to go in very very quickly so that as a vulnerable person she wasn’t with out heating and hot water I cannot rate this company highly enough thank you

  Had a problem with my toilet was repaired the same day just a few hours after phoning.Adrian the plumber was very professional and helpful highly recommended service.

  I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled by MG Heating Solutions LTD. During a visit to fit a bath tap, the plumber cracked my bath panel while removing it. This was acknowledged by the company in writing. However, they have refused to take full responsibility for the damage, claiming there were pre-existing hairline fractures—despite not reporting any such issue before starting the work. While they offered not to charge for the tap installation and proposed covering 50% of a replacement panel, I do not feel this is reasonable given the damage occurred during their work. Under normal expectations of care and skill, I believe the panel should be replaced at their cost. I responded to their offer seeking clarification on what exactly their 50% contribution covered (panel only or panel + labour), but this email has been ignored for nearly a month, which has added to the frustration. Communication initially seemed cooperative, but ultimately the matter has been left unresolved. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service.

  Brilliant service! I used MG for a boiler and gas fire service, as well as some additional work involving new radiators and heating issues. They fixed the problems effectively, and the engineers were professional and provided great customer service.
