  Peter recently carried out an excellently detailed survey on a property we had put an offer on. The survey showed lots of extensive issues with the property, that Peter kindly took extensive time discussing through our concerns. The vendor didn't wish to negotiate, so we ended up pulling out of the sale due to the extent of the issues flagged. We put in an offer on another property soon after and used Peter to survey again. It was clear from the second survey that the new property was a much wiser purchase and we felt confident moving forward with the sale. Both Peter, and Fiona in the office, really helped make everything as straightforward as possible and calm the stress of pulling out of a sale and positively moved forward. Thank you!

  Great service from Peter and his team, I would highly recommend the very efficient turnaround time to view the property and create a comprehensive and detailed report highlighting issues that I hadn't identified at time of viewing. Helpful to also to receive a valuation inline with the purchase price to confirm that the property was a good investment.

  I have recommended PM McGibbon for the last few years to clients. They are thorough on their surveys and also approachable after the reports have been issued, where there may be questions around certain aspects of the report. I would thoroughly recommend.
