The dentist is excellent but the running of the practice has gone to the dogs. You simply will not be able to get in contact with them no matter how often you call.

I have been a patient with loughside dental for years and have spent a lot of money on treatment, was treated by mr nichol who is a great dentist and very professional, since then his daughter alice has took over, she is great too very pleasant professional and good at her job, during mr nichols time the receptionist was a lovely lady, very welcoming pleasant and treated patients with respect and care and made you feel at ease each time you arrived, the receptionist there now is so rude and arrogant and treats patients with disrespect, shes so unhelpful she won't even give you an appointment and doesnt even try to accommodate you or work around you, she should not be dealing with patients or the public who are coming to get dental treatment, i have had a couple of experiences with this woman as has a family member and we both unfortunately had to leave loughside dental and get another dentist which is such a pity as Alice is a great dentist, may i take this time to wish alice every success in loughside dental practice in the future
