  I recently had the most wonderful ✨️ reflexology treatment at the newly opened Heal And Thrive Wellness Hub in The Diaryfarm Belfast. This place is absolutely stunning!! It is beautifully decorated with a calm and relaxing welcoming atmosphere, that immediately puts you at ease, which I felt as soon as I walked through the door and was welcomed by the lovely Aine. It is clear Heal And Thrive has been created with genuine care and a passion for wellbeing. Aine goes above and beyond, she does all extra little beautiful things ✨️ 💕 within the treatment. The gorgeous scented oils the eye mask . Heal And Thrive is just on a different level it is AMAZING ....So good for your mind body and soul. It is a little piece of Heaven in The Diaryfarm: Which is needed so much in our community. I would highly recommend taking a bit of time out for yourself ,or treat a loved one to a well deserved heavenly treatment with the lovely Aine. I look forward to my next beautiful treatment and I wish Aine , her family and Heal And Thrive go from strength to strength! God Bless xx

  I had the most wonderful experience at Heal and Thrive. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The space itself is beautiful, warm, calming, and full of positive energy. Aine is so friendly and caring, and she instantly puts you at ease. I had a reflexology treatment, and it was pure bliss. The essential oils were gorgeous, and I genuinely felt like I was floating when I left. Aine always goes the extra mile and adds thoughtful little touches that make the experience feel extra special. I can’t recommend Heal and Thrive enough – a true sanctuary for rest, healing, and self-care. X

  Cannot recommend Aine enough. Had a fabulous 1/2 body massage, but this place is so much more than just amazing treatments. A real positive energy, Aine is passionate about her clients wellbeing and such a genuine caring girl. You definitely leave feeling so much better than when you arrived.

  Heal & Thrive......a hidden gem right in the heart of the community with the community at its heart. An oasis of peace, calm and serenity where I experienced the most fabulous course of reflexology with Aine, the benefits are unreal. Looking forward to my next appointment and more self-care time

  I had ear acupuncture and head neck and shoulders treatments with Aine. The therapies were so relaxing Aine created such a safe and comfortable environment which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy the treatments. After the therapies I had amazing night sleeps which just added to how amazing they were. Would 100% reccomend to anyone considering
