They sorted me out and made sure that I had everything I needed to be able to make contact with home whilst in Belfast. Jason the manager is an absolute credit to your company. Went way above and beyond what would have been reasonable. A gentleman.

There is one extremely rude and condescending girl that works at the store that tried to tell me that the front panel didn’t work on my AirPods and that it was attached to “an account”. Could not explain to me anything. Cut me off repeatedly. Said they couldn’t take them. As soon as I walked out the store the panel worked fine and it didn’t have an account attached to it at all. As I know I removed EVERYTHING prior to bringing them down. The young lady in question had such an attitude. Spoke to me like I was dumb. I challenged her reasoning and she basically said that she would get me removed from the store. Could not believe it. My partner who is Moroccan had an EVEN worse experience. He was completely racially profiled because of his “look and style”. I found both experiences disgusting. And yes, it was the same girl.
