  Being able to speak with Simon via WhatsApp and email while overseas, and having him handle all of my mother’s house clearance needs with such care, detail, and reassurance, was a breath of fresh air. I contacted three other firms before making my choice, and Simon and his company were the only ones who responded promptly and provided enough information to make me feel comfortable proceeding. I will be recommending Simon to all of my friends and family and will continue using his services to help look after my mother with anything she may need in the future. Thank you!

  Absolutely fantastic experience from beginning to end. What started as removing a few bits of furniture became a life changing clear out. Simon and his team were amazing throughout. Communication was excellent (extremely patient with my dodgy hearing aids on the phone) and always prioritised my needs and worked at my pace. I never felt pressured in any way which is important for me as I do suffer from stress and anxiety. Was absolutely professional and supportive, friendly and helpful. Lovely guys.   I had to clear out a Horrible Shed, and was ghosted by my first contractor. Happily I was referred to Simon and Property Clearance. Every step of the process was professional and timely: no long delays, no suspense. Simon provided an estimate and a date for the clear out, and it was done within the two hour time frame projected.
