  Just visited Tescos Mobile to sort out a new phone contract and phone. Abby was incredibly helpful and we sorted out a new phone, contract, transfer of sim and most of my apps incredibly quickly. Highly impressed by her considerate approach which was most welcome.

  I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for Ollie, Being a senior lady, although I enjoy technology I do have limited knowledge, Ollie did not make me feel inadequate he was very patient and professional, helped me through all the problems and gave me confidence. Unfortunately, eventually finding our why the phone did not work it was due to a faulty Sim I had no service for 6 days, I received a replacement sim in the mail Ollie thankfully corrected the situation. The young lads tried to help me over the weekend with no luck and eventually I had to buy a Pay as you go sim, or I would not have had any service. I spoke to another customer, and she agreed we were so lucky to have been helped by this incredible kind and helpful man.

  I recently decided to transfer from Vodafone to Tesco O2 I obtained a PAC code to transfer my phone number of my iPhone 5S Tesco said my phone was unlocked and I entered a contract for the new sim which was duly inserted and Tesco added the PAC code The phone would not work and then Tesco decided my phone was still locked and I should ask Vodafone to unlock it When I contacted Vodafone they said they could do nothing as I no longer had an account with them At present I have phone that does not work and Tesco Net now own my phone number Beware Of the inexperienced staff at warfield
