  We bought kitchen tiles from Terranean. From the moment we walked into the show room to the moment the tile fitter left the house we had outstanding service. Good quality tiles and excellently fitted.

  Ordered from eBay an in stock item, which turned out not to be in stock. The guy seemed OK on the phone and we waited for next Italy shipment few weeks but never arrived. We agreed I should cancel. Then eBay claim he refused to cancel and gave him 12 months to deliver! All avenues of contact apart from contacting the seller seem to have evaporated he has been very evasive blaming eBay and not getting it sorted for me despite claiming the tiles were in stock on the listing. Seems dodgy and I'm £100 out of pocket.

  Absolutely thrilled with our new porcelain floor tiles! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The team were professional, punctual, and clearly took real pride in their work. The quality of the tiles themselves is outstanding—beautiful finish, incredibly durable, and they’ve completely transformed the look of our space. The installation was carried out with such precision and care, and everything was left spotless afterwards. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find this level of craftsmanship and customer service these days. Would highly recommend to anyone considering new flooring—you won’t be disappointed!
