  From the 1st phone call we made, the service has been exceptional, Emma took care of everything, cars, flowers, etc and arranged a perfect funeral, Wendy wrote a very personal tribute of my Mum's life, we couldn't have asked for any more,

  Helping my parents plan my big brother's funeral was something I never expected to happen but unfortunately life doesn't always go as we hope. Thankfully we had the wonderful Emma and her team to help take care of us to give my brother the send off he deserved. Emma looked after my brother with the best care and respect that we could have wished for. She was always there to answer our million and one questions, kept us updated about everything and helped to keep us as calm as we could be throughout it all. You can tell that this isn't just a job to Emma and her dad would be so proud of her. Thank you Emma and all your hardworking team for everything 🤍

  Emma and the team are very special people who we now see as friends. The love ,care and empathy that was shown toward ourselves as a family was overwhelming. Each and every step of the way Emma was there for us. Any hurdles that we had in front of us, Emma was there to jump and clear them for us. We lost our boy our son Shane. Once Shane was in the Care of KC ,we felt some of the weight had been lifted. The empathy is and was real. For that we thank you. Before choosing who to use and put our trust in . I read Emma's story and that was enough ,a super strong lady with a big big ❤️. I also read some reviews and came across one in particular. How dare this woman attack KC , I do not believe one word of what I read ,if the lady in question is on any form of medication, I suggest very strongly that she sees her GP for a review. They are simply clouding your judgment on this loving caring business. Once again thank you for everything and I do mean everything that you did for us from start to the end ❤️ xxx

  We chose Emma at K.C Funeral Service to take care of our darling son Shane and she did it with upmost respect and dignity. We couldn't have asked for anyone more kind, thoughtful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble and Emma was with us every single step of the way. We didn't have a clue where to begin when we received the news our son had passed away but Emma was our guide, support and friend and went above and beyond for us and Shane. Everything Emma does comes from her heart and we can tell it isn't just a job for her ....it's a passion. A passion to help, support and guide us and anyone through the most difficult heartbreaking times of their lives. We just don't have the words to thank her enough for all that she did. We can never repay her for everything, we just want her to know what a difference she made and how much she gave from beginning to end is testament to why she is meant to be. Emma I honestly and truly believe you are THE BEST. Forever in your debt xxxx The Allen's xxxx

  Cheap funeral = cheap service. If you want to be texted 3 working days before the funeral demanding YOU sort the headstone out otherwise the grave can’t be dug - pick this business. If you want texting less than 24 hours before the service asking you to locate the grave when they’ve known the grave number for months - pick this business. If you want your songs broadcast through her mobile phone and a) cut off before the end and b) interrupted by her getting a phone call - pick this business. If you want someone who isn’t a qualified funeral director and isn’t affiliated with any regulating bodies - pick this business. If you or your family suffer from mental health disorders - DO NOT pick this business. If I had not been on medication during this charlatans handling of my beloved ones funeral I would be having a manic episode right now. Apparently anyone can set themselves up as a funeral director. Also if I’d known that she dropped a coffin in November 2021 I would not have picked her. How she is allowed to operated in Darwen is beyond me.
