- HEHamid EshghiAug 29, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with the staff here. I visited this store to convert my physical SIM card to an eSIM. Unfortunately, the staff appeared to have very limited knowledge about this process. At first, I was told that because my SIM card was Pay As You Go and not under a contract, it would not be possible to convert it to an eSIM. However, this information was incorrect, as I was able to complete the process myself very easily. Secondly, when I realised that the staff might not be able to help me, I tried to access my wife’s profile information. My wife was with me and had given me permission to access her account. Instead of assisting us, the staff spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner and told me to sit down. They then made a phone call, which they said was to the Three network. However, both my wife and I were concerned that the call did not appear genuine, and we felt that we were not being treated honestly or respectfully as customers. I therefore decided to take my phone back from them. Just five minutes later, using AI assistance, I entered the two codes that Three had sent to me by email into the phone settings. Within a few seconds, the eSIM activation was completed successfully. This experience was extremely disappointing. Staff working in customer service should have sufficient knowledge of the services they provide and, above all, should treat customers with respect and professionalism. Customer service is about helping customers, not controlling or intimidating them. Respect should be one of the fundamental principles of good customer service.

Rang the contact centre and they gave me 100gb with s10 for £35. Three is great, the stores are not. Always ring for your deals
