Always a great service when you deal with a family business, they always seem to go much further than the bigger corporates (whilst operating to the same shredding standards).   Very pleased with service received all round, from enquiring about their prices to arranging collection of waste. Michelle very helpful and efficient as were the gentleman who dropped off the waste sacks and took away the confidnetial waste. We will using Lancashire Confidential Shredding again for all our confidential waste needs.
