Exceptional company, headed by Mark Ormerod a very friendly guy who has detailed knowledge of car repairs. All staff were brilliant and had great customer service skills. Natalie was lovely and went above and beyond. I was kept updated regularly throughout the progress of the repairs to my VW Polo which was returned to me as if straight out of the showroom again. The courtesy car provided was in great condition and easy to drive. I highly recommend this company. Will use again if I’m unfortunate enough to have another accident in my car.

Huge thanks to Paul and Pete for helping us today with a scratch on our Motability WAV. They buffed it out there and then, on site and completely free of charge. Really friendly and helpful — thank you again. Highly recommended! 👍

Couldn’t recommend high enough. My main contact, Paul, and all the rest of the staff were amazing and couldn’t have asked for better quality of work.

Gillibrands have recently done bodywork on my vehicle on 2 separate occasions following accidents. Both times they have done a great job and with great customer support.
