  Had the car for a month had regular updates on the car .The car was brought back and looked fantastic outside and in. Staff very helpful and friendly would highly recommend !

  Absolutely without hesitation they are a totally professional place to get your car repaired. Just look at the brands that they are approved repairers for that should tell you. The staff are brilliant starting with Paul their estimators I spoke to him within minutes of calling Gillibrands and he took over and got everything sorted for the repair, very friendly, kept me informed and super professional throughout 10 out 10. Natalie then took over and looked after the job from beginning to end making sure it all ran smoothly and it certainly did. Every time I emailed Natalie the replies back were either instant or within minutes and I never had to follow up or chase for anything as with Paul 10 out of 10. The final handover by Peter from the workshop who’d worked on the car again 10 out of 10. And to all the other members of the team the same, all brilliant even the owner took to time out for a chat when I dropped off the car. This is a rare business that stands out from the crowd for all the right reasons and I would say even if they’re a couple hours away use them. I was fully planning to sell my car after the fix but when I went to pick it up it looked better than when I originally bought it new from the dealer absolutely immaculate inside and out fully valeted but to such a high standard that I’m not selling. Gillibrands actually cares about what they do and I can’t recommend them enough.

  What a great company to deal with! Friendly, efficient and totally professional - they took all the stress out of the repair work on our new car. The repairs are excellent and completed ahead of time. Whatever they promised they delivered and kept us up to date with everything - cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you all at Gillibrand.
