I would like to thank Peter for the good customer service last week in helping me set up roaming for abroad. Takes out a lot of stress before travelling. I have never had bad customer service at a Three store.

As with most companies the service when taking out a contract in store was not bad. Cancelling a contract a completely different story. Attempt online and cannot get simple confirmation of cancellation, call the call centre and get told it has been cancelled and I will receive a text right away. Half an hour late no text, use online chat (where you are asked to enter private details and then notice it is an unsecured page) and get told the cancellation is being processed and I will get confirmation in a couple of days. Ask if he can mail me the transcript of the chat but get told that Three doesn't have not facility that I need to request in writing a data protection form for "access to personal information"! Would certainly not recommend based on today's interactions.

Went Above And Beyond. I'm a miserly PAYG punter, don't give them much in the way of money, ever! I bought an excellent unlocked WileyFox Swift (amazing Android smart phones, v fast 1.4 mhz chip, lots of internal memory + ram) but couldn't work out how to install my numbers from my Three PAYG sim. I popped into the Bath store and asked if they could help. Although they're not meant to because it's not a brand they sell or support (surprising as WF are the only UK manufacturer of smart phones), they were excellent. At first the older guy, who was honest and said he didn't know how to do it was reluctant, but one of the young bucks dived in 'no problem, just open this, touch this, and say 'okay' to this' Walla! Most (not all) of my numbers, some years old, installed. Thanks chaps, it was a massive, much appreciated.
