Jason has done two boilers for us now the first in my mums house and now in ours. He has been professional and did an excellent job on both and would not hesitate to recommend him. Jason spent time to explain everything he was doing and explained how to use the new hub device to us.

Boiler breakdowns always seem to happen at the worst possible moment, and finding someone reputable quickly can be a real challenge. Jason was clear and transparent from the start: he kept me updated throughout, managed expectations well around parts and timing, and completed the work promptly. The repair was fully resolved within two days. I particularly value honesty and clear communication, and Jason delivered on both. He's now my first call for any future heating emergencies.
