  Chris was exceedingly attentive and very accommodating. We had our first boiler service since moving into our new house, and he was both comprehensive and engaging. He took the time to show us the relevant parts, explain what he was doing, and explain his findings, so that we had a good understanding of the starting point of what we'd inherited - which empowered us as customers moving forward. In the absence of a manual, we were a little unclear on a few functionalities, and Chris was more than happy to explain them to us. Moreover, he was remarkably polite, and very warm and friendly, and it was a genuine pleasure to have him here. He will undoubtedly be our first port of call in the future.

  An absolute superstar plumber. Tried various plumbers over the years before settling on Chris, and would never go elsewhere. He always does his work to a high standard, and has rescued me with emergency appointments when I have needed a plumber and not realised.

  My old conventional boiler broke down and since the radiators were very old as well I decided on a full system update. I used Bath City Plumbers who managed to carry out a very professional job of installing a Combi system. As my home is more than 150 years old, some creative thinking was needed to route the new pipework through my home for the new radiators without digging into the walls. As the work was done during the Corvid19 crisis the job took at little longer than expected, but was done to a very high standard. I would recommend Bath City Plumbers to anyone in Bath with an old property like mine.

  I have used Chris several times and will continue to do so. Knows his stuff and his work is to a high standard. I have no problem recommending Bath City Plumbers. A gent and very easy to deal with. Also turns up when he says he will which is always a good thing in my books!
