She was told to go home and read the Instructions! He sat with his hands in his face whilst watching videos on his phone. Didn’t get up and basically told her he wasn’t aloud to help. Disgraceful behaviour and customer service you should be ashamed.

When I went back to ask for a fix, the staff were extremely rude and treated me like garbage. They took my money and refused to help. This is a total scam. Avoid this place at all costs – they are thieves who provide zero service and have the worst staff I have ever seen!"
