- JPJohn PearsonMay 9, 20261.0Extremely disappointing. It's no longer policy to help you transfer data to a new phone. The WiFi they have is poor anyway so it would take hours. The staff were depressing to talk to. I won't be going there again.
- TSThaer SalahoFeb 13, 20261.0"AVOID THIS STORE! STATUTORY RIGHTS VIOLATED. I bought a £10 top-up here yesterday at 5:30 PM. The service failed after 10 minutes. When I returned, the staff were incredibly rude and refused to provide a refund or a working service. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am legally entitled to a refund for a faulty service. They are literally taking people's money for nothing. I have reported this incident to Tesco Head Office and will be contacting Trading Standards. Disgraceful customer service!"
