  Last time was served by a lovely young lady but now they all seem to be very rude and dont know anything, I cant trust this store an u more. They refused to explain what they were doing and kept taking my phone from me. Last few months seem really downhill, I asked to speak to their manager but was told this 'Sam' is never there!? And that they refused to contact her. I wouldn't trust this store and im moving my whole family off Tesco from now on

  WARNING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Firstly, disgusting store and the staff need serious training, they dont even look up or say hello! I asked for help and they took my phone off me and started going into private areas without even telling me what they were doing. I will never go back there and I reccomend no one else go there for technical advice, they will take your phone and could be doing anything with it. There was two men there both involved, I think it was Aaron and Mickey. I only knew what they did because I saw what apps had been opened (MY PERSONAL BANKING, FILE STORAGE, THROUGH MY PHOTOS AND INTO MY GOOGLE SETTINGS ON THE PASSWORD MANAGER), and since they explained nothing the problem happened again only 1 hour later, its now been fixed in only 2 minutes by Samsung and they showed me how to fix it and how alarming these men are. Both of them a total scam and Ive now had to change my phone and passwords just in case, I attempted a report to the store and found no way to get hold of anyone and im certainly never going back in there again! Only saw other older customers so who knows what kind of scams they're running

  SCAMMERS AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I bought an internet contract from this store, and it stopped working after only 30 minutes. When I went back to ask for a fix, the staff were extremely rude and treated me like garbage. They took my money and refused to help. This is a total scam. Avoid this place at all costs – they are thieves who provide zero service and have the worst staff I have ever seen!"
