  Having been with them for 3 years I sold my car and cancelled my policy only to be told there was a £92 cancellation fee which amounted to a quarter of the total cost which I questioned , the member of staff was unable to justify this amount and I was informed that they would charge anyone the same even loyal customers. I have asked for a full breakdown and I am interested to see how they do this. I will not be recommending them and when buy our 2 new cars will not consider them for our cover. We paid monthly so they were in pocket. All I could get from the member of staff was that was their charges and that’s it !!! Thanks but no thanks .
