I bought a PS5 and only to come home and found out one of the buttons weren’t working, I went back and I was told to leave my details they will come back to me! Months went by nothing and I went back I was told they don’t have a spare controller they will have to order one from other stores they will let me know another months went by nothing’s I went back I was told still nothing. I am now playing a game where I am stuck on because one of the mission requires me to use the broken button. The PS5 and remote when I bought it I was told it comes with 5 years warranty 🤣. I am not one to leave reviews but I been scammed big time and I am not happy it’s been about a year of chasing, left with no other choice

No problems I thought, my watch came with a guarantee. How wrong I was. CEX, both at store level (Enniskillen) and customer service level both immediately leapt on customer damage. This without fully inspecting the watch. Despite numerous email for clarity to understand their position, they remain firm. My next action is a legal one. My advice to anyone, the warranty is worthless, CEX will duck and dive and do anything to avoid honouring the warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So had to go back and the guy is clueless that there is a password. Manager or owner doing a really good job about telling other employees to take off password before giving away.
