  Its a handy store for preowned stuff. I went looking for Nintendo 3DS games & there was a couple in thought looked fun.

  Flat out lie to your face. Seek another store. Told me they would give me store voucher value (not cash as I was buying something) on my trade ins against a Nintendo Switch 2, there was a 2 days delay in testing so was told to come back end of week. At end of week I’m told just sorry I was confused you can only have the cash value now £45 less as the trade in is nit today! I bought a second hand switch the first day for £375 therefore should have received h the trade in value in return as we discussed clearly in front of my daughter and her friend. I said thats not good enough he said try customer service. I will seek legal advice on it as its wild to just lie to people like that and 6 days later do a uturn on it.

  Both staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, stated categorically store credit could only used if you had actual receipt from trade in. When I said I didn't think that was accurate and in the past I had been able to access my account with card and ID they dismissed me with ' we can't do anything, contact our customer service centre' details of which they could not provide. As the only customer in an empty store there was no excuse or reason for this, just really poor customer service. On a day when every other shop was packed and this one empty its clear why. Rude, unhelpful and unaccountable staff who just love to say no. Uodate: The claim that a voucher is required in addition to my Unified Account and Photo ID is contrary to your terms and conditions and in store practice for the past 10+ years. It is also a clear attempt to prevent customers from using their existing credit in an atrempt to force us to pay cash instead. Your empty store 2 days before Christmas is a clear message from your customers about how we feel about this kind of service and behaviour. I personally will be using eBay and Gumtree from now on.
