  Andy wasted my time - I originally contacted Whole House Insulation back in April to try and get a quote, no reply. I followed up a few weeks later, again no reply. In June I managed to get hold of Andy on the phone who stated he was off work recovering from an operation and that if I sent across my details he would get in touch with me at the end of July. No contact received so I reached out to him again. He said he had my details but asked me to send them again and he would come out on Friday 28th July. I got up earlier than usual after my nightshift the night before only for Andy to fail to show up. I contacted him and was told that he was unwell and he'd forgotten about my appointment. I then asked him to provide a date and time he could make or I'd give the business to someone else. I haven't heard from him since. I persevered with WHI because I wanted to support a local company rather than bringing in a bigger national company but clearly Andy doesn't need the business. Whilst that's great for him, it's a really ill mannered way of treating people and displays a clear lack of awareness and respect for others. Whether he actually does a good job I don't know but I won't be finding out.

  Andy and team went above and beyond to not only help us insulate our home's room-in-roof and entire underfloor, but with the replastering and working around more challenging places to access too. Andy returned to our home numerous times to check work, answer our questions and even did a couple of extra jobs (fixing holes we had in flooring from previous DIY) as it would be easier for insulating. Highly recommend, the whole team were great to deal with, courteous and friendly, and good value. Thanks again to Andy, the insulation team and the plasterers who all did a great job!

  Whole House Insulation recently carried out room-in-roof and loft insulation at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was friendly, and professional, and explained the process clearly, completing the work to an exceptionally high standard. They were respectful and left everything clean and tidy, and the insulation has already made a noticeable difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch insulation work!
