  Nightmare dishonest company, save yourself alot of stress and go elsewhere. I booked through NIParcels and City Air were the courier. I got this message from Simon in NIParcels telling me they have broken my package "Thank you for chosing NI Parcels for your recent order. Unfortunately, we have received some bad news from our courier partner, City Air Express, regarding your shipment. The team have advised us that due to a road traffic collision involving the delivery van, your shipment has been damaged and will be returned to the collection address. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused, as this is not something we want our customers to experience." They followed up by refusing to compensate me for the good they broken (value £149.99) and refused to refund the courier charge of £14.95. Wont give a photo of the broken item either. Threatened to block me account if i did a credit card chargeback.. disgusting behavior

  Claire & Caitlin went above and beyond to ensure that a very important bundle of documents were delivered for me. The driver also stood out for his dedication having tried to deliver during the day, he completed the delivery out of hours on his way back from Dublin. I will highly recommend City Air Express to my colleagues in the legal profession.

  Avoid! They are not picking up parcels, there is no contact from them. Useless.

  No delivery you have to wait in hope all day,still no delivery even though e mail stated delivery would be on the day

  They cannot give a delivery window, at all. If you are employed, it is very likely you will not be home when they attempt delivery. Your package will end up in an endless cycle where they try to deliver when you are not home.
