  Had a home visit, punctual and helpful. Blinds made to measure and installed on schedule. The gentlemen even had a vacuum cleaner to make sure they left everything tidy. Happy to recommend.

  Would never use them again and will tell everyone I speak to the same. Communication was terrible. Had to chase them up for our quote after someone came to measure up. Got told it would be a couple weeks for the carpet to get fitted. 3 weeks came and gone. Phoned them up and got told the carpet arrived in the previous day. Yet no one thought to call and say. The woman was rude on the phone. Was expecting to get it fitted straight away as in the next day or 2. Got told they can’t fit us in for another 2 weeks as they have a big commercial job that they are doing. What kind of customer service is that? Basically saying our custom is not as important. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to “squeeze” us in one week later. On the day of the fitting the workman damaged our brand new skirting boards that now have scratches and chips out of them. They have also left a coffee ring stain on our newly sanded and painted windowsills which we can’t get out. This is the worst service I have ever had and now we will also have to repaint the damage they have caused.
