Would not recommend to visit their office as the staff is just useless and won't do anything for you that you're not able to do yourself online. This is the first negative review I have written so these guys are definitely something else.

During off-peak times, average download speeds reach just 120 kbps, and during peak hours, the connection is so poor that a speed test barely registers at all. The tower in AB11 has been under maintenance for nearly eleven weeks.

We sent the router back, but they charged us £100 for the fact that they “didn’t receive it”, but we did actually send it back because we didn’t need it at home, but we used the DPD locker as they wanted up to use it, which doesn’t give a QR code or a receipt. Their support is useless. We are so dissatisfied😡😡😡
