  Having Three Internet is like using dial-up, only slower, with someone constantly on the phone. During off-peak times, average download speeds reach just 120 kbps, and during peak hours, the connection is so poor that a speed test barely registers at all. The tower in AB11 has been under maintenance for nearly eleven weeks.

  the worst ever. We were constantly having problems with our internet, so we switched to another provider, and you know what? We sent the router back, but they charged us £100 for the fact that they “didn’t receive it”, but we did actually send it back because we didn’t need it at home, but we used the DPD locker as they wanted up to use it, which doesn’t give a QR code or a receipt. Their support is useless. We are so dissatisfied😡😡😡

  Poor customer service experience. Rude and dismissive staff. These guys are only interested in sales not assisting you with any service issues. For this you have go online to remote customer service who dont always give accurate information. Ontop of a dysfunctional app experience (not the local stores) fault it makes dealing with Three a frustrating experience.

  Worst experience have been applied a default on credit score (-100 points) for 6 years over 21£ bill which was issued without me committing to a contract.
