  Other than waiting for a while to get job done the work was then promptly and thoroughly completed. The roof was cleaned and treated and damaged tiles repaired. Responsive to messages and approachable friendly staff. Would reccomend

  After almost a year of gathering roof quotes, I discovered Prestige Roofing Ltd within the checkatrade leaflet (posted through my flat door 1/6). Kef conducted a roof inspection and advised exactly what work would be required. Following some encouragement of others within the building the quotation was agreed. Chris and Adam completed the replacement of broken slates, damaged skews, recementing of chimney pot base, replacement of chimney caps and gutter clearing to a high standard. They were professional, polite and kept me informed on progress as and when required. They left the job very clean and tidy. Superb work from all involved. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kef at Prestige Roofing Ltd and would be more than prepared to use Prestige Roofing Ltd again.

  Keifner was quick to respond to my initial request for a visit to look at a couple of leaky sections of a slate roof and spent quite some time discussing the benefits and risks involved with repair vs complete re-slate, given the age of the roof and the implications of living in a conservation area, before producing a quote for each option. Repair works started while we were on holiday when it was discovered that pretty much the whole roof was getting to be in a bad state as feared due to its age, so Keifner smoothly handled the change of tack to a complete re-slate plus repairs to sarking boards/skews/valleys via videos, photos, phone calls and texts, providing regular updates and checking a couple of issues with me before proceeding and agreeing a series of staged payments to help me organise the money transfers while still abroad. He also made time to pay a courtesy visit in person when we got back home after the work had finished to make sure we were happy with everything before presenting the final invoice. My neighbours assisted with access to the rear of the property while we were away and report that the whole team were polite, professional and hard-working, and they agree with us that the final result looks great with a neat and tidy finish and in keeping with theirs and other neighbouring properties and conservation area guidelines.

  Prestige do a good job. We asked them to replace the guttering because it was getting over whelmed in the winter.
