  No attention to detail ended up In a worse position when that I started. Guaranteed me an out cone that wasn't met. Just after the money. Very poor.

  Called this solicitor today to discuss an extremely sensitive and heartbreaking matter of wanting to add my deceased Father to my birth certificate and was met with the rudest and most abrupt receptionist. Handling matters like this should be met with a little care, even if they felt they were unable to help- if you have a sensitive matter - know that they absolutely do not care about you or any feelings and don’t expect any empathy.
