  I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to say something about the care my mum received from Bluebird Care Aberdeen. To be honest, I was really worried at the start. It’s not easy letting other people look after your parent. But the carers quickly put us at ease. They were kind, patient, and treated my mum with real respect. What meant the most to me was how natural they were with her. They took the time to talk to her properly, have a laugh, and make her feel comfortable. It never felt rushed or like they were just there to do a job. As a family, it made a big difference knowing she was being looked after so well. It took a lot of stress off us, and we could see that she felt happier in herself too. I’d also like to say a big thank you to the management team. It’s clear that the high standard of care comes from the way the service is run. They were always approachable, organised, and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed support. Communication was clear and consistent, which gave us a lot of reassurance as a family. You can tell they genuinely care — not just about the people receiving care, but also about making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one.

  I can’t recommend Bluebird Care Aberdeen highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive during what was a very difficult time for our family. Sadly, my mother passed away, but I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to both the care team and the management team for everything they did. As my mother’s symptoms deteriorated significantly, Bluebird Care adapted quickly and compassionately to meet her changing needs. Their responsiveness and professionalism made such an important difference when we needed it most. The carers were attentive, switched on, and highly professional in their work, always delivering care with kindness and dignity. I’m also very thankful to the management team for their regular communication and consistent support every step of the way.
