  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at the Apple Store Genius Bar in Union Square. My iPhone was only 8 months old, but the speaker volume had become very low. I booked an appointment, and the technician ran a full diagnostic. The speaker failed the system tests, so they first replaced the speaker. When they found the issue was still there, they didn’t stop there. they explained everything clearly and replaced the logic board, and even the battery under warranty. They kept the camera, display screen and when I got my phone back, it honestly felt like a brand-new device. The speaker quality is now perfect, and I was pleasantly surprised to see my battery health was back to 100%. I didn’t have to pay a single penny. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff was patient, professional, and genuinely helpful. One of the managers (the gentleman with glasses) was incredibly kind and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He even arranged for another team member, Sam, to help me when I had trouble signing back into my Apple ID. I also want to thank the team member with the beard who showed me the AirPods. Even though I wasn’t planning to buy them, he took the time to explain everything professionally without any pressure. That level of customer care really stood out. Another manager reassured me when I was worried that my phone was getting warm after the repair. He explained that it was completely normal because my data was still backup to iCloud, which immediately put my mind at ease. The whole team made what could have been a stressful repair into a fantastic experience. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me. Thank you to everyone at the Genius Bar for your excellent service. I hope I don’t need another repair anytime soon, but if I ever do or if I’m buying a new Apple product this is definitely the store I’ll come back to. Highly recommended!

  I visited Apple Union Square today to explore upgrading my Mac. The store wasn't busy, and I was promptly helped by Iona. She was lovely: friendly, chatty and very interested in what I use my Mac for. Unfortunately, I got the impression the smiles and friendliness was a front that hid a distinct lack of product knowledge. She knew nothing about the difference between the chipsets in the different Macs, and from the start of our conversation opened up the Apple website. Much of her advice came from reading off what was on the webpages: something I can do myself without travelling to a store. My advice? Look up the information yourself and then click and collect to the store. Apple, train your staff. Product knowledge matters at these prices.

  Mackenzie was very helpful and friendly. Knew what he was talking about and made everything very clear to a first time apple buyer who was slightly stressed about straying away from my usual. Very pleased with the MacBook and the service in the store
