  Mackenzie was very helpful and friendly. Knew what he was talking about and made everything very clear to a first time apple buyer who was slightly stressed about straying away from my usual. Very pleased with the MacBook and the service in the store

  I visited this store seeking professional advice regarding a new iPhone. I currently own an iPhone 15 Pro and expected a clear and informed explanation of the differences and improvements in newer models. Unfortunately, the level of service I received was highly unsatisfactory. The staff member assisting me was unable to provide clear or knowledgeable answers to even basic questions. I had to repeatedly prompt her, yet I left without receiving any meaningful information. When I asked about the camera, her response was limited to mentioning increased zoom, followed by taking a sample photo that turned out blurry and unhelpful. I also raised concerns about my current device, specifically rapid battery drain and overheating. I was given a vague and dismissive response that this is “normal after two years” and that it “depends on expectations,” without any proper explanation or guidance. I must also note that English did not appear to be her first language, which may have contributed to the communication difficulties. However, this does not excuse the lack of product knowledge and professionalism expected from someone representing Apple. Overall, I found the experience to be highly disappointing. I would expect a significantly higher standard of competence, communication, and customer service from Apple staff. Instead, the interaction felt reluctant and unprofessional, as though answering customer questions was an inconvenience.

  Quick service from knowledgable staff. Was a shame they wouldn’t offer anything for my current handset due to minor damage. Pricing in apple seems to have gone a bit steep.
