  Very disappointed with my appointment on the 27th August which i emailed the salon about that evening and still havent had a response, very unprofessional! Paid £75 which included a cut but I didnt get a cut. It wasnt dried properly because when the stylist put the straighteners through it my hair sizzled! Was meant to be in for grey blending but was told by the stylist she couldn't do it on my hair. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend them!

  Just came out from a fantastic experience at CRYOZEST. Julia did my highlights in pink tones and a beautiful much needed tidy up. Brilliant job and a lovely salon with a friendly atmosphere. See you in 8 weeks for my top up.

  Great facility. The use of the cube made a big difference to my sore lower back. The tightness eased across a couple of days following treatment. Had a super deep sleep the night after my first treatment. It’s a great setup in a clean and modern building. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Well worth a course of treatments.
