  Craig & Beverly have been a great support through a difficult time. Every call or meeting has felt unhurried and been both professional and kind. The Insch team were easy to contact and kept us informed at every stage. George and Hazel guided us through all the options , were with us all the way and their expertise created a funeral service which helped us through the grieving process. Thank you.

  Outstanding care given by Craig&Beverly but more particularly from Michelle. From the beginning of our experience to afterwards, she showed the utmost care and compassion, with a wonderful, genuine sense of humour and smile which was never inappropriate. Nothing was of any bother and Michelle looked after us and mum with great professionalism. We completely trusted them to look after mum when our season of care had finished. Not that we want another funeral to organise but my family and I would without a shadow of a doubt ask Craig&Beverly for their care again. We cannot thank Michelle and C&B enough.

  George, John and colleagues were so thoughtful, helpful and caring during the whole process after my father's death at care home. They dealt with everything from thoghtfully removing dad from care home and ensured everything went smoothly thereafter including helping with coffin decisions, contacting crematorium,ensuring access to lair and a local stone mason to update and clean stone. Even the fine tuning of the order of service and PowerPoint presentation at crematorium, my tears, questions and changes were all dealt with kindness and humour which was greatly appreciated.
