    I am a Verizon customer & went to Woodstock GA store seeking assistance with my phone issue. Bruno, assisted me with professionalism, kindness & expertise. I was very impressed with the exceptional Customer Service I received from Bruno & love the service Verizon has given me for years

    Went in with power of attorney for my father’s account to remove his line from the account. I explain that my dad had a stroke and is unable to speak anymore to which their response was to call a number and handle it over the phone (zero empathy shown.) I then sat in the store with my 2 year old and 4 month old baby and called the number they gave me. While I’m on the phone doing something that I believe should be handled in store my 2 year old expresses that she needs to use the bathroom. I ask the employee who is playing on his phone while I am doing his job if she can use the bathroom and he says they don’t allow 2 year old little girls to use their facilities and I need to take her across the street to Jimmy John’s. So now I am on the phone handling THEIR job with a 2 year old who urgently has to pee and a 4 month old baby in tote and the guy can’t even be bothered to open the door for me so I can take my toddler out in the 20 degree weather to go to the bathroom next door. Meanwhile the person on the phone is too busy trying to sell me a new plan for my father with aphasia than doing what I requested which was transferring the account to my brothers name. Hurtful and rude experience. Verizon… teach your people to show compassion and move customer support back to in store so your employees get paid for doing more than playing on their phone when grieving mothers come in and desperately need help.

    Very poor customer service!!! I walked in no one greeted me. The staff was in the back. The staff at this store has the attitude that they don’t want to be bothered by customers. Here’s a quick word of advice…If you don’t Ike serving people get out of customer service.

    Verizon Company Review: Verizon will attempt to continue charging you for devices you have completely paid for. Some items paid off months ago. Once you leave Verizon and have paid your final bill, you will no longer have access to your account. That is when you will receive an email stating you STILL have a balance on a device you paid in full. Take screenshots of everything you do on the app. If not, they will continue charging you if you don't have the correct documentation.
