As I’m waiting for 20minutes another customer and her daughter walk in, they immediately go to providing assistance to them, no waitlist and a much more tedious issue to address. Disrespectful.

Don’t know her name - tall slim, gum smacking woman with a tablet on a leash told us your store is appointment only. That she didn’t have enough staff with two customers in the store and no idea how long they would take. We watched both of those customers walk out in less than eight minutes. Yes we waited to see. Easy sale - all paid up - iCloud ready switch. So your sales lost - and your gum smacking O do t want to work tablet wearing employee apparently doesn’t help customers.
