  Never once had a geek squad been able to help me. Such a huge disappointment and waste of time.

  Do not trust this store with your electronics. I took my laptop there because it was getting hotter than usual, and they refused to fix it (still charged me $200 that I had to fight to get back). My laptop is now having more problems than before. They claim they didn’t open my laptop at all, but the warranty sticker that covers the bottom from being opened was broken. Also, my laptop was physically damaged. They are dishonest and not good at their jobs.

  They actually made my computer problems worse. Just took it in to get some popup tab/ad problems fixed (that my antivirus apparently couldn't catch); got it back with worse popups (content and frequency-wise) and my laptop started crashing, couldn't handle things it previously could (like running some games and other programs, despite its specs being relatively high), and became slow as hell. Ended up fixing the original problem with a free software I found after some googling and my new Geek Squad-induced crashing problem is steadily getting worse. Don't take your electronics to them if you actually want them fixed.
