I am writing to inform you (Geek Squad) that I have not received my IPhone 14 submitted to Geek Squad on 4 April 24. It is now 11 May 24 & I still have no phone. One that I’m paying a monthly service fee to my service provider. It is imperative that this issue be handle expeditiously now! The service dialogue between Apple Services & the Geek Squad of blaming one another for this issue is deplorable & unacceptable! Enough is enough & needs to be addressed higher if the current dialogue can’t solve this issue. All I want is a working product needed ASAP! I’m waiting this review in hopes that I will get some positive action concerning receipt of my phone not malarkey.I’m
writing this complaint because 6-trips to the Best Buy Store Geek Squad section (2-managers), 3- phone calls to Apple Services (1-supervisor) has not solved this issue. The best part of this experience has been with a Customer Service personnel (Antonio) who has consistently apologized for the lack of definitive answers or a phone to give me! HELP!!!
**Maybe this review will get some action because personal interactions & phone calls certainly has not.

I wish you could give negative stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lied to by multiple employees and left with a broken phone after they had it for 8 hours and saying they only needed 3 to fix it.

Do not trust this store with your electronics. I took my laptop there because it was getting hotter than usual, and they refused to fix it (still charged me $200 that I had to fight to get back). My laptop is now having more problems than before. They claim they didn’t open my laptop at all, but the warranty sticker that covers the bottom from being opened was broken. Also, my laptop was physically damaged. They are dishonest and not good at their jobs.
