    Apparently price match is not a thing. The product apparently has to be available in a nearby store. Also when I went in to get a product you were out of what I wanted but had other similar products. They guy just kept saying sorry we’re out even after I was asking him about the products you had not what was out. Like I heard you the first time but I guess I didn’t look like I could afford that stuff so he just kept saying sorry we’re out. I left. Idk if I’m going back that store I can’t deal with stupid.

    I went to this store to buy a case for and IPAD AIR and I made sure to ask if the case the lady was helping me with would work with my iPad and she assured me that it would. I got back to my house and the case did not fit mind you I live on the opposite side of town…

    Great selection, just piss poor customer service almost every time I come here. I’ve been shopping here for years as there isn’t another option to be able to get a lot of the things the seller same day. If you manage to snag an employee they are okay, for the most part though they'll do there best to walk right by you and keep trucking. With their new system you have to track down an employee get on a list for another employee to come find you and help you. So if you need anything locked behind a glass case which is about half of their inventory, expect about 50 minutes on a slow day to be helped

    I ordered a TV on Amazon earlier this week and came to pick it up from the store. I was directed to Renee at the customer service counter. Renee could not have cared any less about me or my order. I showed her my order confirmation , and “ready for pick up” email. She insisted that she needed to see a QR code that I did not have nor could she tell me how to find it. She simply shrugged her shoulder in a “ I don’t know what you want me to do” manner and sending me out of the line TWICE to find the non existing QR code. I finally sought help from a different staff member who informed me that all she had to do was type in the number I showed to her TWICE! As a former employee of this same Best Buy and a faithful customer, I have never experienced service like this. EVER. She should not be working anywhere in the front where she has to interact with paying customers. I could understand if she didn’t know the process. She literally didn’t even TRY to help me get the items I paid for! If I come back and see her working, I PROMISE I will walk right back out of the front door and shop elsewhere.

    My experience at the Best Buy in Warner Robins was one of the most humiliating and painful encounters I’ve ever had in a store. The manager — tall, white, with black hair — treated me with a level of hostility and disrespect that I will never forget. From the moment I approached her, it felt like she didn’t want to help me at all. She kept repeating “one moment,” but it was clear she was brushing me off on purpose. I felt invisible. I felt dismissed. I felt unwanted. When I tried to explain the policies that applied to my situation, she wouldn’t listen. She was rude during the conversation with Apple and acted like my presence alone was an inconvenience. The way she looked at me and the way she spoke to me made me feel like the color of my skin was the real issue. That is how her behavior came across to me — cold, bitter, and full of something that felt like hate. And instead of trying to de-escalate or treat me like a human being, she escalated everything and called the police on me. I cannot express how terrifying, degrading, and infuriating that moment was. I felt targeted. I felt singled out. I felt like I was being treated as a threat simply for existing and trying to get help. This wasn’t just bad customer service — it was emotionally damaging. I walked out of that store feeling shaken, humiliated, and deeply hurt. No one should ever be made to feel the way I did that day. I truly hope Best Buy takes this seriously, because what I went through was unacceptable on every level.
