Workers don't even know how to search their own inventory. 10 people working and only one on register
The employees are incredibly rude. They will actively ignore customers seeking help. I had to wander the store trying to get help in order to buy a tablet, only to resort to asking the employee stuck at the door. She told me to go to checkout register to get a tablet from "behind the counter".
So I went and asked the employee at the register. The employee told me they don't have tablets up front and proceeded to look at me like I was retarded. Mind you, there is a massive locked cage full of tables RIGHT BEHIND HIM. After I pointed out the obvious, he gave me the dirtiest look and then hobbled all 500 pounds off somewhere to find a key.
Then, after all that, the device I was looking for wasn't even in stock. So I still ended up having to order it online anyway.
All in all, the employees are incredibly rude, unhelpful, untrained, and unkempt. The store is very dirty and most of the merchandise is out of stock. The lack of selection and the customer service at this store is a prime example of why physical stores are going out of business and why people resort to ordering everything online from the comfort of their own home.
I would gladly wait a week and pay extra for shipping than ever go back to this dirty store again.

Bought an Apple Watch from the Warner Robins, GA Best Buy last night that was sold as brand new. Got home, tried to set it up, and it was already paired to someone else's Apple account. They sold me a used or returned product as new.
Went back the next morning to return it. The manager, Jason, showed zero accountability. No apology, no explanation for how this happened. Instead, he rudely told me to "exchange it or take a refund and leave." That's how they treat a customer who got sold a used product as new.
If a store makes a mistake, the least you can expect is basic professionalism. Didn't get that here.
Be careful buying any products from this location : check your product thoroughly before leaving the store
