Called Best buy to ask if they change watch batteries. Yes we do was the response and no further clarification. I drive there and then the clueless reception tells me they don't. They ask geek squad and those clueless guys say they do not.. I leave the store and call them again, and the response is that geek squad does this.. you all need training or you need a brain

I am so over this company!!! I went to a geek squad store and was not helped at all...I was given a phone number and told to call customer service. After paying $215 on 05/15/2016 when I made the claim, I received a defective phone on 05/17/2016 (Today)! I was also told that I should not expect my refurbished phone to arrive until 05/19/2016!!! I'll be out of my phone for 4 to 5 days...when I was expecting to not have a phone for 2 days! For the amount of money I paid...being that I am normally able to obtain a new phone for a deductible of $50....I think my request should not be delayed!!! I'm so over geek squad!!! I can't wait until my contract is up with my phone provider so that I can select to obtain insurance coverage through my current phone service provider again!!!!!!
