- SWStacey WrightAug 13, 20251.0Dismissive customer service and inaccurate information. I went here for an Apple Support appointment and the experience was bad all around. The staff member gave my phone a cursory look and declared it to be physical damage. He did not look up my case or my warranty. He told me it would be $329 to replace the screen, even though the phone is under warranty. This did not sound right to me, so I made another Apple Support appointment, this time at the Apple Store. The service there was excellent, and they replaced the screen for no charge. The takeaway: do not use Best Buy or Geek Squad for any apple support needs (or anything else).

I leave the store and call them again, and the response is that geek squad does this.. you all need training or you need a brain
